These organisations include, schools, health visitors, midwives, social workers, the Citizen's Advice Bureau (CAB), and foodbanks. In you are a referral partner, please get in touch at hello@cumbernauldkilsythcare.org.uk to request our referral form links.
Information should include gender, age, size, etc. We don’t have direct contact with our recipients, once a referral package is ready, we email the referrer with details of how to collect. Once the referral package is ready, we then email back with details of how to collect.
We do not accept self-referrals as we prefer to work with clients on an anonymous basis in order to protect their privacy. However, we are in contact with the many of the organisations and professional bodies mentioned above, so please feel free to ask them to contact us on your behalf.
